If a client wishes to buy a property for investment purposes, EPPC will help rent it out and will manage it for a much lower fee than the current market rate. If a client does not wish to rent a property but will use the property occasionally, EPPC can look after and manage a client’s property and organize for cleaners etc at an agreed extra cost.
