We have access to the entire market since we work closely and have excellent relationships with a great range of estate agents, developers and private contacts and are constantly informed of properties available on or off market.

EPPC preview all potentially suitable properties and short-list the best. We then give our clients detailed feedback, providing them with pictures and floor plans and we arrange property viewings with the clients at their convenience.

– EPPC produce a property brief for each project. We work closely with our clients in order to fully understand their requirement, preferences and style/taste in general.

– EPPC perform detailed market research for each project. EPPC will advise its clients of current prices per square footage at the building/ area/ street/ borough of their choice so that the client is armed with up-to-date information and ultimately the right offer is made on any chosen property.

– EPPC negotiate the price in order to achieve the best possible deal for its clients. (We have a competitive advantage since we have developed close contacts with key agents who realize that our clients are serious buyers).
